Your shipping prices are outrageous for boxes that are small and weigh less than a pound, and the shipping takes forever. The second you submit an order you can not cancel it, and you don’t do refunds on orders either. By the time we received your order the job we needed them for was way past done, and we couldn’t send back the items for a refund. I will never order from your company again and I will tell everyone else to not order from your company as well.
