Nice quality vinyl April 10, 2017 Reviewer: M. White from Minneapolis, MN United States   Retractable banner has nice vinyl and print. Wish it would included assembly instructions with it as at first we could not get the pole to extend far enough out to attach the piece that attaches to the top of the banner to hold it up.  Tension on the banner was a little tight which makes it hard to pull banner up but still satisfied with product.  Customer service was helpful with explaining how the pole is supposed to extend out of the one end for the attachment piece - ours was just pretty stuck and took some work to get it to slide out.
