Store Policies
Shipping and handling:
- Once payment is cleared.We will ship the products within 2 business days. A tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order within 48 hours. If you do not receive an email notice, you may contact us to obtain one.
- U.S. 48 Contiguous States Addresses: The order will be shipped via UPS ground service. P.O.Box addresses are not acceptable. Please provide a physical address and contact phone no. in case the package is undeliverable.
- Canadian Addresses: We will ship the order via UPS Standard service, please provide your telephone number as required by UPS for International Shipping. It is buyer's responsibility for any import charge (Brokerage fees, duties, taxes customs clearance charges, etc.)
- AK, HI, PR Addresses: Will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post service.
- Express shipment service is available, please email or call (909)947-6699 to ask.
- California State sales tax 8.75% must be added for California shipping address.
Return Policies:
- Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- All non-defective items will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- If items in your order are missing, we can ship out the missing item using the original shipping method or issue a refund based on the missing product and shipping value.
- You as a buyer are responsible for all costs related to shipping back your items. Shipping charges will not be compensated for.
- Custom made banner prints cannot be refunded.
(Since all our banners are printed directly from artwork images we receive from our customers, we can not be held responsible for customers' dissatisfaction over the resolution and design of the banners; we try to minimize the chances of such events from happening by approving each artwork before we take your order.)
- If the item is defective upon arrival, we have to determine who’s at fault. If the carrier is at fault, we file a claim with the carrier. Customer holds the item until carrier finishes inspection on the claim. DO NOT TRY TO FIX THE DEFECTIVE ITEM BEFORE SHIPPING IT BACK
- If the item is defective upon arrival determined not to be the carriers fault, you can return it for a refund of the product price. Shipping to us will not be compensated for (no exceptions).
- After 7 days of receiving your order, no refunds can be processed.
Warranty Policy:
- The warranty begins the day you receive your order and continues for a single 6 month period.
- After the 6 month period, items are no longer under warranty.
- Items that are determine to be defective must be shipped back at buyer’s expense (no exceptions)
- After item is shipped back, we will handle the problem and ship back the product within several business days. DO NOT DISASSEMBLE THE DEFECTIVE ITEM YOURSELF; DOING SO WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
- Warranty does not cover customer negligence just on product defects only.
- If items in your order are missing, we can ship out the missing item using the original shipping method or issue a refund based on the missing product and shipping value.
