Product is very good at a good price March 15, 2018 Reviewer: Jim Hulsman from North Hollywood, CA United States   My problem is I always seem to have trouble with the website. some of it is not really intuitive and I almost always have to call to fix it. That being said, the Customer Service is EXCELLENT! I think her name is Melissa, that I have ended up speaking to several times, and each time she could not have been any more helpful! I take it with me every where I go for my events and it fits just fine both flying and driving. It is very light weight and the bag has a strap that fits the shoulder perfectly.
